Things may seem crazy now in 2020…scratch that…things ARE crazy now in 2020. But don’t forget Chaos is Not Forever. The Universe started in a big bang, but later galaxies, stars, planets, and life formed. Revolutions and wars occurred, in the best cases, periods of peace and growth followed.

Or take Double Dry Hopped beers…a primordial wort stew of thick green hops, rapidly fermenting yeast producing at first a range of unusual compounds and aromas, finally settle down resulting in uniquely delicious haze.

So, sit back, embrace a bit of chaos, and take comfort that it doesn’t last forever. And, of course, drink a nice beer. We made this DDH IPA driven by Idaho 7 and rounded out by some Citra for just such an occasion. It’s dank, stone fruit, melon and candy, but over 7% to take the edge off. Enjoy as long as it lasts!

This Hazy Pale Ale is among our first brewpub beers being bottled, so you can stay and home and still enjoy our delicious beers. This beer has all the juicinessof a NEIPA, but is very easy-drinking with less alcohol, so you can Crush a few of these and the damned curve at the same time!!
